Ordered A Jamie Poncho and love it!
Arrived on time and great quality product.
I am going to definitely recommend these for Family and Friends!

I bought a lovely coat in the sale, unfortunately the lining ripped fairly early on. I got in contact with the team and they were super quick to reply and organise a replacement. They were friendly, responsive and the coat is lovely!

Horrific! Sent the item back over two weeks ago and they refuse to give a refund. Avoid at all costs. Will be reporting to trading standards. Dreadful customer service.

Item returned and can't get my refund. Tried contacting via Instagram and email but getting nowhere.
Stay clear....a company that'll take your money but won't refund you.

I paid for next day delivery and made sure the date selected was the correct date so I’d have the item for when it was needed, tracking number provided by the company was wrong so I’m unable to track my item and I’ve been advised by Royal Mail to seek out the correct information by the company. This company have no contact number and no facility to help with weekend issues.
I even tried contacting them on social media and they advise to email which is only monitored during the week.

If you order DO NOT pay for the next day delivery it’s not worth the extra cost and don’t rely on them for correct information.

I had ordered multiple items and paid extra for next day delivery. No items have arrived, I have sent 8 emails with only two responses stating the same thing that they will investigate further and urgently. It has now been nine days since my order was supposed to arrive. I have paid for this order in full and I’m perturbed by the lack of communication and intent to resolve this situation.

Worst customer service ever ordered two items one did not fit So I returned the item it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund worst experience

Ordered a few bits for me and my boyfriend.

Worse company I've dealt with so far pay for next day delivery and hasn't arrived yet. The company always blame other people for their mistakes.

What a rip-off! After seeing how many people have been cheated by these cowboys, they need reporting to Trading Standards because that’s the only way of putting a stop to their shenanigans, which is basically tantamount to fraud (obtaining money by means of deception)!

The worst customer service I have experienced! Ordered 2 items only received one. Being charged for an item I didn't get, emailed them but no response so I commented on their Instagram post and they deleted my comments!! STAY CLEAR!!!!
